How I Work


The letters DR, and C in DRC Consulting represent the overall approach I take in my consulting work, through processes that are Developmental, Reflective, and Collaborative. Here's what that looks like... 

  • Developmental - The purpose of a consultation is to develop yourself and/or your organization in some way or ways to then be in a position to better accomplish your goals, achieve your mission, and attain your vision. As your consultant, I work to keep our focus on your particular developmental objectives.

  • Reflective - Good consulting processes act a lot like a mirror, allowing you to see yourself and/or your organization more clearly and without distortion. This reflective quality is critical to developing customized, best-fit solutions for you - and it is one that I work hard to achieve.

  • Collaborative - When consultants and clients work as a team to develop and implement strategies for success together, those strategies are much more likely to actually get used and to accomplish their objectives. I view this kind of collaborative approach as an essential element of my work with clients.

All services are available in-person and/or remotely. Additionally, clients can purchase undesignated consulting hours from me that can be used for any and all of the above on an as-needed basis.
