How DRC Consulting Works:
The letters D, R, and C in DRC Consulting are not only my initials - they also represent the approach I take to my consulting practice! I believe that your organization's Development is best achieved through consulting processes that incorporate both Reflection and Collaboration between consultant and client. But, how does that look in practice?
Working as a team, we first reflect on your organization and the challenges you are facing as complex systems, each with their own special attributes and relationships that must be understood, both individually and within your overall organizational context. Once we've done that, we collaborate to explore potential solutions that will optimize the functioning of those systems. Finally, we select the solution set that we feel will best address your organization's challenges.
Your organization's development is the result - and it provides opportunities for further reflection and collaboration, leading to even further development.
