Welcome to DRC Consulting!
A focus on the environment, education, human service, and social justice has been a part of my professional life for nearly thirty years. Over that time, I have worked in roles as diverse as teacher, environmental educator, activist, program, division, and deputy director, and chief executive officer in a host of settings as varied as public and private schools and universities, education and human service centers, environmental organizations, and conservation foundations. While the nature and scope of those roles and settings may have differed, the nature and scope of the kinds of challenges they faced remained very similar. Throughout my career, it has been my desire to better understand and address those challenges - and it was that desire that led me to establish DRC Consulting in 2006.
I see my consulting practice as the culmination of everything I have attempted, accomplished, and learned over the years, tapping every experience I have had, skill I have built, and perspective I have gained. When I am doing my best work for you as my client, we are drawing on all of my past - and all of yours - in order to understand and overcome the challenges you and your organization face.
