Welcome to DRC Consulting!
A combined focus on the environment, education, human service, and social justice has been a part of my professional and personal life for more than thirty years. Over that time, I have worked in roles as diverse as teacher (preschool through graduate school), naturalist, activist, environmental educator, program director, school head, deputy director, and chief executive officer in a host of settings as varied as public and private schools and universities, nonprofit service organizations, education and conservation centers, and environmental foundations. While the nature and scope of those roles and responsibilities differed, the nature and scope of the levels and kinds of challenges they posed remained remarkably similar. Throughout my career, it has been my desire to better understand, address, and overcome those challenges - and it was that desire that led me to create DRC Consulting back in 2006.
I see my consulting practice as the culmination of everything I have attempted, accomplished, and learned throughout my career - tapping every experience I have had, skill I have built, and perspective I have gained. When I am doing my best work for my clients, we are drawing on all of my past - and all of yours - in order to understand, address, and overcome the challenges your organizations face in order to better achieve your missions, visions, and dreams.
